I teach 3rd/4th grade Socrates at both Aikin and Justiss Elementary. This is my 35th year to teach in Paris Independent School District. I have a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, and a Supervisor's Certificate in education from East Texas State University and Texas A&M - Commerce. I also have postgraduate hours in the area of gifted education from Southwestern University.
I have been married to Ed for 39 years and we have a 29 year old son named Jeff, who is a graduate of Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri!! He has returned to Paris and has started a family business, Kings’ Land Clearing and Maintenance.
