This will be my first year teaching at Aikin as one of the Physical Education teachers. 

I started teaching at Paris High School in January of 2023. I took the job in hopes of a PE position opening up the following year. Before teaching I was running as a professional track athlete. I specialized in the 100mh almost making the 2020 Olympic team. 

I got married in 2017 to someone from Paris, TX. We met at the University of Arkansas. He played baseball and I ran track. We are expecting our first child this November! We have one dog named Sassy the silver lab. 

Outside of teaching I love to workout, be active and cook.
