Welcome! My name is Lindsey Jones. This is my 16^th year with PISD. As a counselor, I do small group and guidance counseling. I am here to help every child succeed in all areas of life. 

School counseling is an important part of education. I believe that every student should be treated equally and they should be given an equal opportunity to be successful in a learning environment that is caring and respectful. I strive to help students be successful academically, emotionally, socially, and behaviorally by providing a safe and nurturing environment. The activities and services provided through the school counseling program will help students grow and understand their self-worth, and develop positive attitudes and self-images.

I received both my Bachelor's of Science-Interdisciplinary Studies and Master's of Education-Counseling, from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
