This is my first year to teach at Aiken Elementary and I will be teaching third grade math and science.  

I started teaching in 2007 in fifth grade at Sulphur Bluff ISD.  I taught fifth grade for two years and later moved to fourth grade and taught all subjects.  I taught in fourth grade until they departmentalized and I then began teaching English Language Arts and Social Studies in the morning to fourth grade students in the morning and third grade students in the afternoon.  In 2019 I started teaching in fourth grade math and science at Sulphur Springs ISD.

I have been married to my husband for eighteen years and we have one little boy Jackson.  He is ten and will be in fourth grade at Aiken this year.  I have two dogs, Clyde a mini-ausie and Dutton a mini-goldendoodle.
