Meet Julie Janes
School Information
My name is Julie Janes, and I am a 2nd grade teacher. This is my 19th year to teach at Aikin Elementary. I feel that Aikin strives to create a very positive learning community for all of our students. I love teaching, and I feel so fortunate to be part of such a great school district!

My goal is to help each child develop a love of learning and to become successful learners!
Personal Information
I graduated from Paris High School (Go Wildcats), Paris Jr. College, and Texas Tech University. I am married to Mac Janes, and we have a 19 year old daughter, Caroline , who is a sophomore in college. I enjoy reading a good book, working in my yard, and spending time with family and friends. I am a lifelong member of First Baptist Church in Paris.
